Location Recce

For shooting purposes, we have analysed the danger risks in all of the following places where we shall be filming. We have taken into account various situations which could be dangerous and have noted down any precautions we will be taking to avoid any.
The Henley College, Henley:
Here we will be shooting both internally and externally.

Internal:
Watch out for any loose cables or wires that could be tripped over or cause electrical shocks.
Check areas where we are filming for any damaged objects that could hurt people involved, e.g tables, chairs, shelves e.t.c
Carefully use equipment without throwing around room to avoid hitting other people or classmates.

External:
Cover equipment to protect from rain, bad weather and damage from dropping or other.
Wear appropriate clothing, e.g footwear to minimise the chance of falling or injuring ourselves.
Check grounds where we are to be filming (field) for any potholes or other.

London:
Here we will be filming the majority of the shoot externally, though some shall be internal in the underground.

Internal:
Be careful of others around you, there will be large crowds on the London underground and so must be careful of damage to equipment and people.
Keep to one side of escalators so as not to disrupt other people.
Avoid standing in the middle of doorways, pathways or blocking them with equipment.

External:
Be careful of not loosing equipment, keep close and safe at all times.
Use waterproof/damage proof covers for all possible equipment.
Do not disrupt pathways, doorways and crowds of people.
Be aware of the road and traffic.

High Wycombe:
In High Wycombe we will be filming at Sophie's house and in her garden, using her trampoline.

Internal:
Be aware of other people and of objects so as not to break them.
Be careful as to not trip over cables or loose wires or otherwise.

External:
Be careful of falling off trampoline.
Look after equipment and make sure it does not get wet or damaged
